Mental Health Awareness Week is our annual campaign that helps Kiwis understand what boosts their wellbeing and improves mental health.

Here are a few ways to support your mental wellbeing:

  • Talk to someone you trust

  • Spend time in nature — at the moana, in the ngahere, or your local park

  • Reflect or write down what you're grateful for

  • Reach out if you need awhi — support is available in our community
