Mental Health Awareness Week 2025
Mental Health Awareness Week is our annual campaign that helps Kiwis understand what boosts their wellbeing and improves mental health.
Here are a few ways to support your mental wellbeing:
- Talk to someone you trust 
- Spend time in nature — at the moana, in the ngahere, or your local park 
- Reflect or write down what you're grateful for 
- Reach out if you need awhi — support is available in our community
