Te Ara Tūhono provides free, independent, culturally responsive guidance on accessing ACC – helping some of our most vulnerable clients navigate our services.
Our Navigators help clients navigate complex processes, all while providing a kanohi ki te kanohi (face to face) service. Our service is free and independent free, and we are trained to provide technically accurate advice and support.
Te Ara Tūhono can help you or a whānau member with:
- An existing claim
- Lodging a claim
- Understanding the supports and services you can get from ACC
Te Ara Tūhono cannot provide legal representation for informal disputes with ACC
Te Ara Tūhono cannot provide therapeutic treatment or intervention, but can assist with navigating the required support
