MANAWA KAHA
Manawa Kaha Gym is a free community gym available to Ngāti Toa Iwi members, Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira employees and their whānau aswell as Ora Toa patients referred by our Health workers.

All new members are required to complete our registration process. This includes completing the registration form and meeting with one of our staff to go over our gym regulations.

As well as access to gym equipment, we offer one-on-one support and can tailor a programme to suit your personal needs. We also offer group sessions.

The following group sessions are available to all services users
Taurite Tū – strength & balance for kaumātua
Ngā Ruha – choreographed aerobic exercise for kaumātua
Te Pā Puhau – low impact circuit class

Wāhine Uakaha – high intensity strength class for wahine

These classes are for our māmā and their pēpi every Tuesday from 9:30am - 10:30am.
