You will join a professional and supportive team dedicated to providing welcoming, responsive, and mana-enhancing support to rangatahi and whānau.

As a key first point of contact, you will help create a positive experience for visitors, service users, and kaimahi. This is an opportunity to contribute to a kaupapa-led environment where hospitality, care, and service excellence sit at the heart of the work.

Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role

As Administrator, you will provide high-quality coordination and front-line administration support across medical, dental, and community-based services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

·         Managing phone calls, mail, and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

·         Providing accurate information to service users, whānau, kaimahi, and visitors.

·         Booking new, follow-up, and urgent appointments across service areas.

·         Supporting triage of phone enquiries and directing people to the appropriate service or team member.

·         Maintaining appointment books, diaries, records, and daily reporting templates.

·         Supporting smooth day-to-day administration so services run efficiently and whānau receive the support they need.

You will bring strong administration experience, sound judgement, and a genuine commitment to serving people well.

You will be confident working in a busy environment and able to manage competing priorities with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Your strengths will include:

·         Clear and respectful communication with a wide range of people.

·         Strong time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

·         Accurate record keeping and confidence using office systems.

·         A calm, welcoming, and solutions-focused approach.

·         Discretion, confidentiality, and respect for whānau-centred services.

·         A willingness to learn alongside Ngāti Toa and contribute to our kaupapa.
