Men’s Health Week - He Waka Eke Noa

Men’s Health Week reminds us of the importance of supporting our tāne, many of whom push through life without prioritising their own wellbeing. The health of our whānau begins with creating safe spaces for honest kōrero and connection.

This year’s event was a huge success, an evening of shared kai, open conversations, and inspiring stories. Thank you to our hosts and supporters, especially Rawiri Hirini from Tū Ora, Emily Toimata-Holtham, and Latu To’omaga for bringing the energy and aroha. Special thanks to Dr. Hohepa, whose powerful and interactive session informed and uplifted everyone present.

It was a privilege to gather with tāne, their whānau, and community leaders in a space built on trust and manaakitanga. We look forward to more evenings like this — real kōrero, real connection.

Mauriora!
