About the mahi
The Practice Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective operation of the medical centre, leading a practice team who are highly committed to delivering quality care for the communities.

About you
Previous experience in primary health care practice management will provide you with the necessary skills to lead and support your team, understand practice budgets, compliance obligations, and patient engagement.

* If you have the following skills, knowledge and experience we would like to hear from you:

* Preferably 5+ years of Practice Manager experience in General Practice

* Competent in the use of Med Tech Evolution

* Patient claims and debt management strategies

* Strong people leadership, strategic thinking and problem-solving

* Sound knowledge of quality control and compliance systems

* Resilient and adaptive to change

* Strong business and financial acumen
