You will join a dedicated and hard-working team at our Cannons Creek Medical practice.  The team are passionate about serving our vibrant community, delivering a range of whanau health services, including a dental service.

Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role

The Practice Nurse operates as a generalist, contributing to the general running of the practice and performing tasks across all aspects of practice nursing:

·       Immunisations

·       Cervical screening

·       ECG monitoring

·       Wound Care

·       Health Promotion

·       Maintaining patient pre-calls and recalls

Your high-level experience and professional expertise in nursing is a given, and you will be excited to engage and learn alongside Ngāti Toa.  Of course, you’ll be well practiced with/in

·       Building productive and professional relationships with iwi members, patients, clinical staff, contractors, providers and suppliers’

·       Ability to work with discretion and sensitivity

·       Excellent attention to detail

·       Participation in a multi discipline team.
